Privacy notice

This notice explains how IT Support Watford uses enquiry information sent through itsupportwatford.uk. You can ask questions about your information through our contact form.

Information collected

The enquiry form collects your name, email address, phone number and message. Please do not include sensitive information, passwords or payment details.

Cloudflare, which hosts and protects the website, may process technical and security logs, including IP addresses, browser details and requests, to deliver and protect the site.

How enquiry information is used

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, understand what you need and keep a record of related correspondence. This is in our legitimate interests in handling the enquiries people send us. Enquiry details are recorded in an internal enquiry-recording system.

We may put you in touch with a local firm that provides the service you asked about. We will ask for your agreement before passing your details to that firm. Sending the form does not by itself authorise that sharing.

Supporting services

Supporting services process information on our behalf: Cloudflare for website hosting and security, Google Cloud for the enquiry form service, SMTP2GO for email delivery and Google Workspace for email correspondence. The website loads fonts from Google Fonts and images from Backblaze, which receive your IP address when the page loads.

Some providers may process information outside the UK. That processing is subject to applicable transfer mechanisms and contractual safeguards.

Keeping enquiry records

Enquiry details and correspondence are kept while they are relevant to handling your enquiry, maintaining any related relationship or meeting legal requirements.

Cookies

The website has no analytics or advertising cookies. Cloudflare may set essential security cookies.

Your rights and questions

Depending on your circumstances, you can ask to access, correct or erase your information, restrict its use or object to it. Use our contact form for any question or request, with enough detail to identify your enquiry.

You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk.
